The Big Unit retired yesterday and was praised as one of the greatest pitchers of his generation. But Randy Johnson didn’t earn high marks as a people person. Jeff Pearlman calls him the worst of all time when it comes to athletes dealing with sportswriters. Pearlman says Johnson tops Barry Bonds, Will Clark and John Rocker as the biggest jerk he’s ever covered. That’s a pretty good foursome, no?
