Sleepless In Clipper Nation

Doc Rivers and his boys can’t put a finger on the problem. Losers of 4 of 5, the underrated Utah Jazz provided the latest proof that all is not well with the Clippers. Instead, the Clips (7-8) are a game under .500 and concerned about their inconsistency. Oh, and did we mention Gordon Hayward went off for 33 and 7?

Blake Griffin On Clippers’ Woes

The Clippers got spanked Sunday by the Toronto Raptors. They’ve lost 3 in a row. The Raptors have also beat the Clippers in 3 straight, all by double digits.

Rookie Swings Back At Byron Scott

Emmanuel Mudiay didn’t take well Lakers Coach Byron Scott’s assessment this week that the Denver Nuggets rookie point guard, who the Lakers passed over for D’Angelo Russell, among others, in the 2015 NBA Draft, was a “true” point guard. Ouch. Scott also said that Mudiay didn’t make good decisions during his workout with the Lakers.
Tuesday night, with Mudiay scoring 12 points and dishing out 10 assists, the Nuggets got the last word against Scott and the winless Lakers.
