Curse? Well yeah we could start at LSU. It lost the “Honey Badger” today and you know it had to bad for Les Miles to boot him. Georgia? Quit it. As an Alabama fan astutely told me years ago, “They’ve got potential every year. But when’s the last time they won anything?”
OU isn’t as bad, but Bob Stoops…what have you done for us lately? You and Mike Sciossia have ridden the hell out of the 10-year plan. We also know the No. 4 ranking is seriously overrated, so unless you know something we don’t, we’d be surprised to see you in the title hunt.
So that leaves ‘Bama and USC for all the marbles? Well that’s why they play the season.
