Music To His Ears

In the ongoing soap opera that has comically become known as “Dwightmare,” Andrew Bynum remains more than just a centerpiece in a trade for Dwight Howard. Unlike Howard, Bynum holds all of the cards. Without the Lakers center signing an extension, Bynum becomes a free agent after next season. No club will make a deal without assurances he will ink an extension. And he hasn’t indicated he will, putting a blockbuster trade for Howard in jeopardy.
