The former boxing champ, who battled drug and alcohol problems and numerous other demons, was found dead in his home in Albuquerque, N.M., on Sunday of unknown causes. He was only 45.

Tapia was crazy. Fun to watch. Saw him fight Barrera in Vegas years ago. Reading his background is unbelievable. RIP, Johnny.
