Tiger Has Rough Outing, But Not Like Phil’s

Four bogeys on the final 8 holes dropped Tiger Woods 4 shots back of the leader, a 22-year-old Aussie named Jason Day. But despite his tough outing in the 2nd round of the Barclays, Woods is still within striking distance. Phil Mickelson can’t say as much. Actually, he left the building today.
