Matt Barnes, who’s had a few run-ins with Kobe, will now go to battle with him and the Lakers as the club signed him to a 2-year deal worth $3.6 million. They also inked Theo Ratliff. The two additions means high-flying Shannon Brown probably won’t return. Too bad.
