The president predicted some notable first-round upsets. They include: No. 13 Siena clipping No. 4 Purdue and No. 12 Cornell upsetting No. 5 Temple.
He has frequently been on the money in his sports picks. Last season, the president correctly predicted that North Carolina would win the national championship.
