No Jail Time

Gilbert Arenas can breathe a sign of relief. The suspended Washington Wizards’ guard was sentenced today to 30 days in a halfway house, two years supervised probation and 400 hours of community service for his role in a gun incident in December. He also was ordered to pay $5,000 to a fund for victims of violent crime.
