He’s A Stay At Home Daddy Now

-
With Shaq gone for 6 to 8 weeks, many have speculated whether the Cavs will fade or flourish. Many believe Shaq’s absence will hurt. Are you kidding me? Granted, it was only the Knicks they pounded by 30 tonight, but the King (who had 57 points in three quarters against the Knicks) and Cleveland play faster and better without the Daddy. He’s just icing on the cake. If they need a center, Zydrunas Ilgauskas is waiting for that 30-day window to expire so he can take up the slack.
And last time we checked, the Cavs are still in the East. We still believe they’re playing the best ball of any NBA team now (the Mavs would surely argue), but they’re not getting tested every night like Western Conference teams.
