When No. 1 seed Syracuse takes on No. 16 Vermont on Friday, the contest will take a backseat to a sibling rivalry. Brothers Maurice and Kris Joseph will face each other for the first time in college basketball. Maurice is a senior forward at Vermont, while Kris is a sophomore guard at Syracuse. They’re looking forward to exchanging a few greetings. “I’m going to have to use my big-brother intimidation to get into his head a little bit,” Maurice said.
