Can He Knock Out Mosley?

    Probably not.
As great a fighter as Floyd Mayweather Jr. likes to promote himself, a knockout puncher isn’t one of his strongest attributes. So now Mayweather is a signature away from a May 1 clash with 38-year-old Shane Mosley, who’s obviously seen his best days, particularly when he had some juice in his system.
The unbeaten Mayweather doesn’t have a strong history of fighting the best in the business and it’s one reason he hid behind blood tests to delay a beatdown by Manny Pacquiao. Of course Pac Man’s promoter Bob Arum, who hates Mayweather and has a strong dislike for the folks at Golden Boy Promotions, which tried to help negotiate the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight, didn’t help matters either.
The Starting Five offers a pretty accurate appraisal on the Pretty Boy.
