Ombudsman: ESPN Shows Significant Bias In Its One-Sided Coverage Of James-Leach Affair

-
No surprise here. Plenty of critics railed at ESPN’s frequently one-sided reporting when it covered the controversy involving Texas Tech Coach Mike Leach and Adam James, a wide receiver for the Red Raiders and son of ESPN analyst Craig James. The incidents regarding Adam James, whom some described as a spoiled and entitled brat, resulted in Leach being fired by the school last month. Leach is suing the school. On Wednesday, a judge allowed the lawsuit to proceed, which probably will result in Texas Tech giving up more coin to Leach.
This story is a somewhat extensive read, but a valid one because it covers many points about how the network unfairly handled the affair.
